Victory Starts Now (VSN) is a Community Based Restoration Program servicing the Los Angeles County area.
In a collaborative effort with Los Angeles City's OFFICE of DIVERSION and RE ENTRY we seek to provide permanent supportive housing to individuals who are homeless.
Over 3,000 votes cast and the winner of the COVID-19 VIDEO COMPETITION WAS none other than VSN 2
