Victory Starts Now (VSN) is a Community Based Restoration Program servicing the Los Angeles County area.
In a collaborative effort with Los Angeles City's OFFICE of DIVERSION and RE ENTRY we seek to provide permanent supportive housing to individuals who are homeless.

(ODR) Housing program is a permanent supportive housing program to serve individuals who are homeless.
Who Qualifies
Candidates for this treatment program must come by referral from an approved program or agency.
Help Us Grow
VSN seeks to give HELP and HOPE to those who are not financially able to meet today’s high economic costs. Our HIGHLY TRAINED STAFF is committed to this preparation by creating individualized treatment plans that will target your specific needs whether it is anger management, drug abuse, or just basic life skills that need to be fine tuned.
Our upcoming projects for the winter of 2019 include expanding our aims to reach the autistic youth through music production programs.

Who Qualifies
Veterans must be considered low income. This program is designed to help individuals achieve and maintain financial self-sufficiency.
How to Apply
There is a high demand for entry into the Transitional Housing Program and of course we cannot guarantee placement but VSN will find you an emergency shelter for any and all verifiable veterans in need.
